接触器长距离控制线路分析

    Abstract:Both the influence of long-distance control circuit voltage drop on the reliable switching -on of contactor and that of capacitance current between conductors on the reliable switching-off of contactor are analyzed. The maximum length of the allowable AC 220V control circuit for 2. 5 mm2 conductor satisfying the contactor switching-on and switching-off requirements is calculated by an example. The solution is proposed in case the maximum allowable length of control circuit cannot meet the engineering requirements.

   摘 要:分析长距离控制线路电压降对接触器可靠吸合的影响,以及导线间电容电流对接触器可靠断开的影响,举例计算满足接触器吸合和断开要求的2. 5 mm2导线允许的AC 220V控制线路最大长度。提出当控制线路允许最大长度无法满足工程需求时的解决方案。
