Analysis on Key Points of the National Standard Atlas 18D705 - 2 of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure

    Abstract:This paper mainly illustrates and analyzes the key points in the national building standard design atlas 18D705 - 2 Design and Installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure,including:graphic symbols related to the charging facilities;the load level and load calculation method,the selection of demand coefficient,configuration and reserve ratio of charging facilities,and protection measures in the power distribution system;the composition,network structure and application requirements of monitoring and management system of charging facilities;the installation requirements of different types and places;the equipotential bonding of charging space;charging facilities and its surroundings;and the reason why high-power charging facilities are not recommended to be located in the underground level of buildings in the aspect of fire fighting.

    摘 要:就国家建筑标准设计图集18D705 - 2《电动汽车充电基础设施设计与安装》的要点进行说明和分析,主要有:电动汽车充电设备相关的图形符号;明确负荷等级及负荷计算方法,重点介绍需要系数的选择,充电设施的配置及预留比例,以及配电系统中的保护措施等;阐述充电设施监控管理系统的构成、网络结构及其应用要求;不同类型、不同场所的充电设施安装要求;详细说明电动汽车充电车位、充电设备及其附近的等电位联结做法;消防部分重点解释大功率的充电设施不建议设在建筑物地下层的原因。
