<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0">目前ATSE产品执行的国家标准是GB/T 14048.11-2002,等同于国际电工委员会(IEC)标准IEC6<st1:chsdate w:st="on" Year="947" Month="6" Day="1" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False">0947-6-1</st1:chsdate>-1998版,现行国标是2003年4月开始生效执行的,2005年国际电工委员会(IEC)修订了双电源切换产品的标准,推出了IEC6<st1:chsdate w:st="on" Year="947" Month="6" Day="1" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False">0947-6-1</st1:chsdate>-2005版,2005版和1998版(目前现行的国标)的其中一个区别是:IEC6<st1:chsdate w:st="on" Year="947" Month="6" Day="1" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False">0947-6-1</st1:chsdate>-2005版中将ATSE的形式分为PC级、CB级、CC级,采用接触器作为主触头开关电器的ATSE被划分为CC级,这是一个全新的概念,不同于现行国标GB/T 14048.11-2002(等同于IEC6<st1:chsdate w:st="on" Year="947" Month="6" Day="1" IsLunarDate="False" IsROCDate="False">0947-6-1</st1:chsdate>-1998版)中将ATSE划分为PC级、CB级两种类型。随着IEC标准的升级,现行国标也即将做出修订,明确采用接触器作为主触头开关电器的ATSE为CC级。</P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0">接触器是一种使用历史很长、非常成熟可靠的控制电器,主要用于频繁的控制电动机的启动和停止,接触器的机械结构简单,寿命很长(接触器普遍具有60万次以上的电气寿命),所以,从性能上讲,接触器是一种非常理想的ATSE主触头开关电器。最早的时候,在双电源切换的场合就是用接触器来做双电源切换的,不过那时是采用中间继电器作为检测是否失电的元件,很不可靠,只能检测单相或或两相是否失电,检测不全面,而且接触器线圈长期带电发热量大,容易烧坏,所以这种方式因为诸多缺点,而且不符合双电源切换装置的国标GB14048.11中要求任何一相缺相即要切换的要求,所以已经趋于淘汰了,但淘汰的是这种中间继电器和接触器搭接一个双电源切换线路的这种形式,并不是淘汰接触器做双电源切换的主触头开关电器,国标GB14048.11-2002中附录A3条中也明确说明接触器是可以作为ATSE的主触头开关元件的,所以用接触器来做双电源切换是完全可以的。</P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0">QTS1系列双电源切换装置,是在国内率先推出的一种CC级ATSE产品,2007年,QTS1系列双电源切换装置在一些工程中得到应用,用户对这种CC级ATSE普遍给予了较好的评价。这种ATSE由一台采用微处理器(单片机)作为控制核心的控制器和两个通用接触器组成,控制器安装在配电箱的面板上,接触器安装在配电箱内,控制器和接触器之间仅需要连接几根导线即可,通电后,控制器根据两路电源的状态控制两个接触器的吸合和释放,实现两路电源的自动切换,QTS1控制器可以同时检测两路电源共六路电压是否正常,检测全面,而且在控制器内采用一种节能电路来驱动接触器,接触器线圈功耗低、发热量小、无噪音,这种方式,既保留了接触器做双电源切换机械可靠性高、寿命长的特点,同时又克服了早期用接触器做双电源切换检测不全面,接触器线圈容易烧坏的问题。</P>

<P>接触器当然是可以加机械连锁的,很多厂家的接触器都可以加机械连锁,把两个接触器并在一起,中间安装一个机械连锁附件,就可以实现一个接触器不释放,另一个接触器吸合不了,你如果对此有疑问,可以向接触器厂家咨询,查看其样本,或者拨打如:施耐德、正泰、德力西、天水213等等的咨询电话去咨询。</P>
<P>以前用接触器做的双电源淘汰的原因不是因为没有机械连锁,主要是因为检测不全面,只能检测单相、切换时间不可调,接触器线圈发热烧坏的原因而被淘汰,并非是因为没有机械连锁,即使没有机械连锁,最坏的情况也就是两个接触器同时吸合,产生电源间短路,这种情况只要采用电气连锁就可以完全避免,就是用这个接触器的常闭辅助触点接到另外一个接触器的线圈回路里,另外一个接触器的常闭辅助触点接在这个接触器的线圈回路里,这就是电气连锁,试想一下,如果一个接触器不彻底释放,它的常闭辅助触点是断开的,另外一个接触器的线圈根本就不可能通电,怎么会吸合呢?我的观点是:电气连锁足够了,两个接触器同时吸合绝不会发生的。当然,你如果再加机械连锁,会更可靠,当然也是可以滴!</P>
