Abstract： The current situation of thermal energy management in civil building substation is analyzed. The hardware circuit and software design of the integrated thermal energy management system for civil building substations is optimized and improved based on the actual needs of substation operation and safety management.

摘　要：对民用建筑变电所热能管理的现状进行分析，基于变电所运行和安全管理的实际需求，优化改进民用建筑变电所热能综合管理系统硬件电路和软件设计。
