Abstract: In view of the fire caused by the electric heating device of water collection tray in building cooling tower,the problems existing in the electrical control design and the fire prevention requirements of the electric heating device in cooling tower are analyzed. Based on the fire prevention requirements,the main power supply circuit and control principle of the electric heater of the water collecting tray in cooling tower are designed,and the control principle of the thermostat is refined,and the technical measures are put forward in essence for the fire prevention of the electric heating device of the water collecting tray in cooling tower.

摘 要:针对建筑用冷却塔集水盘电加热装置引起的火灾,分析其电气控制设计存在的问题和冷却塔对电加热装置的防火需求。结合防火需求,设计冷却塔集水盘中电加热器的供电主回路和控制原理,并细化温控器的控制原理,为冷却塔集水盘电加热装置的防火从本质上提出解决技术措施。
