Abstract：According to the construction characteristics of EPC projects,the electrical design characteristics of traditional contracting mode and EPC mode in the design phase(scheme,preliminary design and construction drawing design)are analyzed and studied,and the principles and strategies that need to be considered and controlled in the electrical design throughout the process of EPC project for total contract price under the pricing mode of“total price + unit price”are discussed in view of the special characteristics of electrical design for EPC project.

摘　要：根据工程总承包(EPC）项目的建设特点，对传统承包模式和EPC模式项目在设计阶段（方案、初设、施工图设计）的电气设计特点进行分析、研究，针对EPC项目电气设计的特殊性,重点探讨了在“总价 + 单价”计价模式下EPC项目合同总价部分内容在全过程设计中电气设计需要重点考虑和把控的原则和策略内容。
