Comparison of Main Wiring Methods for High‑load Power Supply of Electrode Boilers

Abstract:According to the electrical load characteristics of high single‑machine load,fixed operation time and high power supply reliability requirements of electrode boilers,the engineering case of regenerative electrode hot water boilers in the northwest region of China has been dissected to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the wiring modes of the“one in service,one on standby”lead‑in scheme,the“two inlet wires & sectionalized single bus”scheme,the“two inlet wires & three loads”scheme,the centralized standby power supply scheme and the super‑large load wiring scheme in terms of capacity adaptability,power demand,economical efficiency and load guarantee rate,so as to provide references for selection of power supply modes in electrode boilers of different capacities and similar heavy‑duty electric equipment.

摘 要:针对电极锅炉用电负荷单机大、运行时间固定、供电可靠性要求高的特点,通过对我国西北地区某蓄热式电极热水锅炉工程案例的探讨,分析、比较一用一备进线方案、两路进线单母线分段、二进线带三负荷、集中备用电源方案和超大负荷接线方案等主接线方式在容量适应性、电源需求、经济性、负荷保障率等方面的利弊,为不同容量的电极锅炉及同类大负荷用电设备的供电模式选择提供参考。
