Comparison of the First Stage with Second Stage Electrical Design of Sanya Jinmao Resort ＆ Spa.

Abstract The electrical designs of buildings of the two five-star hotels in the first stage and second stage of Sanya Jinmao Resort & Spa. are compared，including the following content：① determination of the location of the substations；②arrangement of the electrical energy management system；③ distribution box system in the standard rooms of the hotel；④ the causes for increasing important load incoming lines in the guest rooms in the second stage；⑤ predominance of the guest rooms management system and the problems in practical applications，etc.

摘 要 比较了金茂三亚度假大酒店一、二期两个五星级酒店建筑的电气设计，包括以下几方面内容：① 变电所位置的确定；② 电能管理系统的设置；③ 酒店标准客房的配电箱系统；④ 二期在客房中增加重要负荷进线的原因；⑤ 客房管理系统的优势及其在实际应用中的问题等。
