Analysis and Evaluation of Elevator Traffic Configuration in Hotels and Apartments

Abstract Elevator traffic configuration in both   hotels and apartments is analyzed, as per CIBSE Guide D. Occupant density，5 minutes handling capability and waiting interval are mainly introduced，and taking the elevator system in a project as example，procedure for design and evaluation is discussed in detail，and reasonable proposals are proposed.

摘　要　介绍了酒店及公寓电梯交通配置，根据　CIBSE　Guide　D　标准，着重介绍电梯的人员密度、5　min处理能力、到梯时隔等重要性能指标，并结合某项目电梯系统实例，详细阐述了设计及评估的步骤，提出了合理化建议。
