Preliminary Analysis on Electrical Design of Libya Residential Project

Abstract Libya residential project design scope and design basis are introduced. From the voltage grade，power supply network（including 66 / 11 kV or 30 / 11 kV，11 / 0 . 4 kV，0 . 4 kV power supply network）design，load calculation，lightning protection，grounding design etc.，some similarities and differences of electrical design requirements between Libya and China are analyzed and compared.

摘　要　介绍利比亚住宅项目的设计范围及设计依据，从电压等级、供电网络（包括 66 / 11 kV 或 30 / 11 kV、11 / 0 . 4 kV、0 . 4 kV 供电网络）设计、负荷计算、防雷、接地设计等方面，分析比较了利比亚电气设计要求与我国的异同。
