Abstract The definition，composition and characteristics of IT system，the attention points of I T system using in medical sites are expounded. The expansions of the insulation monitoring functions of the I T system are introduced，including overload detection of I    T system，temperature detection of the isolation transformer of I T system，the grounding fault location detection of I T system，as well as the insulation monitoring and the central monitoring system for all kinds of testing.

摘　要　阐述了 I   T 系统的定义、组成和特点， 以及在医疗场所应用时的注意事项。介绍了 I T 系统绝缘监测功能的扩展：I T 系统过负荷检测、I T 系统隔离变压器温度检测、I T 系统接地故障定位检测，以及绝缘监测、各类检测的中央监控系统。
