Electric Power Planning Design of Changsha Xinhe Delta

Abstract Aimed at the characteristics of Changsha Xinhe Delta project with large-scale，ultra-high floor，multi-function，and high distribution management requirements，three kinds of power supply and distribution system management modes，i. e.，public transformer and distribution stations，specialized transformer and distribution stations，as well as the combined public and specialized transformer and distribution stations are described；the load calculation basis and power utilization indicator are put forward；the problems that need to consider for 10 kV transformer and distribution station are elaborated；and the selection of 10 kV wiring mode is determined.

摘　要　针对长沙新河三角洲项目建设规模大、楼层超高、功能多和配电管理要求高的特点，介绍了公用变配电所、专用变配电所，以及公用和专用变配电所相结合的三种供配电系统管理模式，提出了负荷计算依据和用电指标，阐述了 10 kV 变配电所设置需要考虑的问题，明确了 10 kV 接线方式的选取。
