Discussion about Safe Evacuation on the Refuge Storey Using Common Elevator

Abstract Several kinds of evacuation means for person on the refuge storey are introduced，and the feasibility of common elevator used for safe evacuation on the refuge storey is analyzed；it is suggested that common elevators should be used on the refuge storey for safe evacuation，and several problems that should be noted in the specific implementation are proposed.

摘　要　介绍避难层人员可采用的几种疏散方式，分析普通电梯用于避难层安全疏散的可行性，建议避难层应利用普通电梯进行安全疏散，并提出在具体实施中应注意的几个问题。
