Analysis of “Electriferous Building” Phenomena

Abstract In recent years，some areas of china witnessed that the enclosure of electrical equipment in some buildings has tengling sensation；some equipments were burnt out，and even serious accidents as electric death of people while having a bath in the bathroom. In some buildings，the tengling sensation phenomenon remains as before after power off by cutting off the main switch，and the reason is hard to identify. Some residents have to move out off the “electriferous building”. The paper tentatively analyzes the causations of “electriferous building” phenomena.

        摘　要　我国近年有些地区出现有的楼房内用电设备外壳使人有麻电感，有的设备被烧坏，甚至发生浴室内沐浴人被电击致死的严重事故。有的楼房切断总闸断电后麻电现象依旧，原因难以查明。有些住户不得不迁出“电楼”。文内对“电楼”现象的起因试作分析。
