Design,Establishment and Analysis of the Temporary Power System on Ocean Platform

Abstract Taking the power system of an overseas project — Indonesia BWA Blocks for example,the paper briefly introduces the composition of the ocean platform power system and the selection of the power system of the platform,focuses on the design and establishment for the debugging of a 480 V,60 Hz temporary power system of BWA platform. During conceptual design,the impact of the design merits on the progress and the cost control are fully considered,and the technical safety and feasibility of this temporary power system are analyzed.

摘 要 以海外项目印尼 BWA 组块的电力系统为例,简要介绍海洋平台电力系统的组成和平台电制的选择,重点论述 BWA 平台调试 480 V、60 Hz 临时电力系统的设计与组建,在方案设计时充分考虑设计的优劣对工程进度、成本控制的影响,并对此临时电力系统的技术安全性和可行性进行分析。
