Application of Intelligent Motor Protection Equipment on Building Energy - saving

Abstract Aimed at the common motor operating accident due to short circuit，overload，locked - rotor，losting - phase under conventional inefficient motor control and protection mode，the paper presents a smart solution integrating motor monitoring，protection and control based on DCS distributed control system：which provides an open and transparent interactive platform for the data acquisition and communication of different equipments；and has an function of real time acquisition and record as well as an ability of online analyzing，estimating and predicting of motor equipment failure. The solution can realize the initiative intelligent analysis and the monitoring protection of motor，and ensure the efficient and safe operation of system.

摘　要　针对传统低效的电动机控制保护方式下，常见的因短路、过载、堵转、缺相等原因造成的电动机运行事故，提出基于 DCS 分布式控制系统集电动机监测、保护、控制为一体的智能解决方案：可为不同设备的数据采集和通信提供开放透明的交互平台；具有实时采集记录功能和在线分析、判断及预测电动机设备故障的能力。实现对电动机实施主动性智能分析和诊断的监控保护，保障系统高效安全运行。
