Several Issues in the Design of 35 kV，110 kV Building Substation

Abstract This paper briefly introduces the new equipments and technology of the 10 ～ 110 kV building substation，and describes the selection of grounding resistance for the 10 ～ 35 kV low resistance grounding system in detail，as well as the set and setting of grounding fault protection.
