Further Consideration on Some Problems of Power Supply and Distribution System in Civil Buildings

Abstract The paper emphatically analyses and discusses the problems in electrical design of civil buildings such as the voltage grade of 20 kV power supply，single transformer capacity，standby power and electric source for safety service，starting signal of the self - starting diesel generator set，interlocking control of low - voltage circuit breaker and bus tie circuit breaker，the use of electronic release of low - voltage circuit breaker，the overload protection for lines in which the sudden power cut would cause greater loss than overload，etc，and the suggestions are provided.

摘　要　着重分析和讨论民用建筑电气设计中 20 kV 供电电压等级、单台变压器容量、备用电源和应急电源、自启动柴油发电机组的启动信号、低压断路器与母联断路器的联锁控制、低压断路器电子脱扣器的使用、突然断电比过负荷造成的损失更大的线路过负荷保护等问题，并给出建议。
