Abstract The lighting design processes of the malleation and extrudation workshop section，forming and cutting workshop section，vulcanizing workshop section in all - steel radial tire workshop has been described in detail，including the determination of the illuminance standard，selection of light source and luminaires，luminaires arrangement and illuminance calculation，etc.. Excel spreadsheets can be used in illuminance calculation.

摘　要　从照度标准的确定、光源与灯具的选择、灯具布置、照度计算等方面详细介绍全钢子午胎车间中压延压出工段、成型裁断工段、硫化工段的照明设计，设计中可采用 Excel 电子表格进行照度计算。
