Warning of an Electrical Fire Tragedy to the Designers

Abstract According to provisions related to short circuit protection，over - load protection and grounding fault protection in GB 50054 - 95 Code for Design of Low Voltage Electrical Installations，the cause of the accident of electrical fire at No. 2885，South Yanggao Road，Pudong New Area，Shanghai on November 27，2009 is analyzed，from the warning brought about by the tragedy of electrical fire，it is suggested that electrical design shall be made correctly and effectively in strict accordance with the national mandatory standards.

摘　要　依据 GB 50054 - 95《低压配电设计规范》有关短路保护、过负荷保护、接地故障保护的规定，对 2009 年“11 · 27”上海市浦东新区杨高南路2885 号电气火灾案例进行事故原因分析，由该电气火灾惨剧带来的警示，提出必须严格按照国家强制性标准正确、有效地进行电气设计。
