Abstract The changing electric field and magnetic field can excite each other to form a unified electromagnetic field. The changing magnetic field can produce eddy electric field in which the conductor can produce eddy current,and the thermal effect can make the conductor heating,which may cause burning of the electrical equipment. By using electromagnetic theories of Biot - Savart law,Faraday’ s law of electromagnetic induction and Joule’ s law etc.,through analysis of the phenomena and observed data of 10. 5 kV busbar cable heating on the low - voltage side of the main transformer in Dazhuang hydropower station,the cause for the cable heating has been given,and it has been modified. The recommendations to amend the provisions of the national codes are proposed,and reference for analysis and treatment of similar problems has been provided.

摘 要 变化着的电场和磁场可以相互激发形成统一的电磁场。变化的磁场能够产生涡旋电场,使置于其中的导体产生涡流,涡流的热效应可以使导体发热,可能造成电气设备的烧毁。运用毕奥-萨伐尔定律、法拉第电磁感应定律、焦耳定律等电磁理论,通过对大庄水电站主变低压侧 10. 5 kV 母线电缆发热的现象、观测数据的分析,得出电缆发热的原因,并对其进行改造。提出修改国家规范条文的建议,并为类似问题的分析与处理提供参考依据。
