International Standards Formulated by IEC TC64 and Its Application in China

Abstract This paper introduces the International Electrotechnical Commission Technical Committee 64 （IEC TC64），the international standards formulated by IEC，the process of formulating standard and how to convert them into our national standards；the significance of converting international standards formulated by IEC TC64 into our national standards is also expounded.

摘　要　介绍国际电工委员会第 64 技术委员会（IEC TC64）、其制定的国际标准、标准的制定过程，以及如何转化为我国国家标准；阐述将 IEC TC64 制定的国际标准转化为我国国家标准的意义。
