The “Electriferous Building” Phenomena Viewed through Two Accidents

Abstract On the basis of the analysis of two fatal accidents in “electriferous buildings” caused by electric shocks，the author concludes that the main reason for the accidents was that the provisions for grounding fault protection in relevant standards and codes were not strictly implemented.

摘　要　通过对两起电击致人死亡事故的分析，认为对有关标准和规范中接地故障保护的规定执行不力是“电楼”致人死亡事故的主要原因。
