for Zhoushan Cross -sea Bridge

    Abstract This paper introduces the structure，function，equipment selection and arrangement of the intelligent road monitoring and recording system for Zhoushan cross - sea bridge. This system can provide 24 - hour real - time record on the type of license plate as well as the number，color，length of the vehicle and facial feature of the driver，so as to effectively improve the management standard of motor vehicles moving through the bridge.

    摘　要　介绍舟山跨海大桥道路车辆智能监测记录系统架构、系统功能、设备选择及布置等，该系统可对监控路段每一台机动车辆的车牌类型及号码、颜色、车辆长度、司乘人员面部特征进行连续全天候实时记录，有效提高对通过大桥的机动车辆的管理水平。
