Further Discussion on Grounding and Stray Current in Substation

    Abstract This paper states that the main purpose of performing one -point grounding in the low -voltage distribution cabinet of substation in accordance with IEC standards is to prevent the stray current from forming stray electromagnetic field that will disturb the normal operation of the vital information system. It illustrates the existence of stray electromagnetic field and its hazards，and brings forward opinions on the meaning of neutral point and neutral conductor in building electricity.

    摘　要　阐述 IEC 标准在变电所低压配电柜内作系统一点接地要求的主要目的，是为了防止杂散电流产生杂散电磁场干扰重要信息系统的正常工作。举例说明杂散电磁场的存在和危害，并对建筑电气中的中性点、中性线名词的含义提出意见。
