Lecture One　Standard of Supply Voltage Deviation

    Abstract This paper has provided definition of voltage deviation，discussed the hazard of voltage deviation exceeding standard，reviewed the basic provisions considered of GB / T 12325 - 2008　Power Quality — Deviation of Supply Voltage and the main factors considered for the preparation of this standard，recommended permissible bus voltage deviation and voltage regulation measures for power plants and power substations and explained how to measure voltage deviation and calculate voltage qualifications rate.

    摘　要　介绍电压偏差的定义；供电电压偏差超标的危害；GB / T 12325 - 2008 《电能质量　供电电压偏差》标准的基本条文及编制时考虑的因素；发电厂和变电所的母线电压允许偏差及调压措施；电压偏差的测量及合格率统计。
