Abstract The present paper introduces the main provisions，compilation basis as well as the considerations of national standard GB / T 15945 - 2008　Power Quality — Frequency Deviation for Power System. It also analyses the basic knowledge on frequency in power system，the hazards of the frequency exceeding the standard，the effect of impact load，the measurement of frequency deviation，the reasons for abnormal frequency in power system as well as the measures for frequency adjustment.

摘　要　介绍国家标准 GB / T 15945 － 2008《电能质量　电力系统频率偏差》的基本条文、编制依据及考虑的因素；论述电力系统中频率的基本概念、频率超标的危害、冲击负荷的影响、频率偏差的测量、电力系统频率异常的原因及频率调整措施。
