Several Thoughts on Fireproofing of High-rise Buildings

    Abstract Based on high-rise building fire cases which occurred in recent years in China，this paper sums up the inducing factors of building fires（i.e. external factors and internal factors）and conducts a comparative analysis on different consequences of fires induced by external factors，related fire protection facilities equipped for buildings and their management，etc. The paper concludes that the external factors that induce fires mainly include improper production operations and lamp box failures，and the internal factors that induce fires mainly include electrical failures and improper use of fire in daily life，and provides targeted countermeasures for a variety of factors that induce fires. Also this paper suggests that fire safety awareness education should be conducted in the education stage and emphasizes the important role of fire safety awareness for fireproofing of buildings.

    摘　要　结合我国近年来发生的高层建筑火灾案例，归纳诱发建筑火灾的外部因素和内部因素，对由外部因素诱发的火灾产生的不同后果及相关的建筑消防设施配备、管理等方面进行对比分析。总结出建筑外部诱发火灾因素主要包括生产作业不当和外挂灯箱故障，建筑内部诱发火灾因素主要包括电气故障和生活用火不当等；对各种诱发火灾因素提出有针对性的对策；提出在教育阶段进行火灾安全意识教育的想法，强调火灾安全意识在建筑防火中的重要作用。
