    Abstract Taking the design scheme of the energy efficiency monitoring system for Jiangxi Province Architectural Design & Research General Institute as an example，this paper introduces the application of energy efficiency management system in existing public building reconstruction projects，describes considerations in the design process of energy efficiency monitoring system so as to provide reference for the future design and implementation of building’s energy consumption information monitoring system.

    摘　要　以江西省建筑设计研究总院能效信息监测系统设计方案为例，介绍能效管理系统在既有公共建筑改造项目中的应用，说明能效信息监测系统在系统设计过程中的注意事项，为今后建筑能耗信息监测系统的设计实施提供参考。
