    Abstract In this paper the issues in the low-voltage power distribution design are discussed：third harmonic suppression problem of the shunt capacitor reactive power compensation by using series reactors；the problem of fire - control power feed circuit overload protection when a sudden power failure causes a greater loss than the overload does；the relations among duplicate supply，emergency power supply and stand - by electric source.

    摘　要　就低压配电设计中，并联电容器无功补偿采用串联电抗器抑制 3 次谐波问题，突然断电比过负荷造成的损失更大的消防馈电回路的过负荷保护问题，以及双重电源、应急电源和备用电源关系问题进行探讨。
