Effect of Control Cable Distributed Capacitance on Relay Control System

Abstract Aiming at AC relay out –of-control occurred during electrical installation and debugging,the relationship between out-of-control of AC relay and control cable distributed capacitance (i. e. I - C - L relation curve) is found out by means of reasonable modeling of electric control circuit and simulation analysis of circuit model with simulation software Multisim10 and MATLAB. In combination with this curve,the theoretical range of relatively effective length of control cable is obtained and several simple and feasible solutions are proposed while their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared.

摘 要 针对电气安装调试遇到的交流继电器失控现象,对电气控制回路合理建模,并利用仿真软件Multisim10和MATLAB对电路模型进行仿真分析,找到继电器失控现象与控制电缆分布电容之间的联系,即I - C - L关系曲线。结合该曲线,得出控制电缆的相对有效长度的理论区间范围,同时给出多种简单可行的解决办法并对其优缺点进行分析和比较。
