Building Energy Management System and Its Application to Green Buildings

    Abstract The structure and function of building energy management system（BEMS）are elaborated；in combination with actual engineering design，the application of BEMS to large public buildings is introduced. It is explained that application of BEMS to large public buildings may achieve both high-efficiency utilization of resources and energy-saving of green building.

    摘 要 对建筑能源管理系统（B E M S）的结构和功能进行阐述，并结合实际工程设计，介绍B E M S在大型公共建筑中的应用。阐明大型公共建筑设置B E M S可以实现绿色建筑高效利用资源、节约能源的目标。
