Discussions on the Stand -by Lighting of Machine Rooms

    Abstract：In this paper，the reasons why in some design documents the stand-by lighting and normal lighting in firepump houses，self-provided generator rooms，distribution rooms and smoke-control machine rooms adopt the same light source，except for the lighting power source which is powered by two power sources via power transfer switching equipment are found out by analyzing relevant standards；the author’s opinions on the differences lying in emergency lighting and stand-by lighting terms in Electrotechnical Terminology-Lighting（GB / T 2900. 65 - 2004）and Standard for Lighting Design of Buildings（GB 50034 - 2004）are put forward. Different opinions on the illuminance requirements of stand-by lighting in machine rooms specified in Code of Design on Building Fire Protection and Prevention（GB 50016 - 2006）are proposed by implementing the national policy of energy saving and analyzing actual needs.

    摘 要：针对一些设计文件中消防水泵房、自备发电机房、配电室、防排烟机房的备用照明和正常照明采用同一光源，仅照明电源是两个电源经电源转换装置供电的做法，通过分析标准相关规定，找出其依据；对GB / T 2900. 65 - 2004《电工术语 照明》和GB 50034 - 2004《建筑照明设计标准》对应急照明、备用照明术语的差异提出笔者的看法。从贯彻节能国策出发，通过实际需要分析，对GB 50016 - 2006《建筑设计防火规范》规定的机房备用照明的照度要求提出不同看法。
