Key Points of Electrical Feasibility Investigation on Turnkey Foreign-aid Project

    Abstract：With increasing number of turnkey foreign-aid projects and in order to make sure the decision-making is scientific and rational on project approval and improve the effect of foreign-aid，the author analyzes key points of electrical feasibility investigation from diverse perspectives as policy，process and key points of investigation，providing a reference for researchers before leaving for investigation.

    摘 要：随着对外援助成套项目数量不断地增加，为了确保立项决策的科学性、合理性，以及提升援助效果，笔者从政策、流程、考察要点等多角度剖析了电气专业可行性考察的研究重点，供考察人员出发前参考。
