    Abstract:Firstly,the article explains relevant concepts of green building electrical system commissioning and its basic meaning,and then it discusses respective electrical system commissioning strategies & the benefit from adjustment regarding to the five stages in project,i. e. predesign,design,construction, acceptance and maintenance. In the end,it simply analyzes and verifies the feasibility of commissioning strategies by taking R & D building in “Singyes New Energy Industrial Park”as an example,which is the demonstration project in the second-phase of US - China Clean Energy building energy efficiency project.

    摘 要:首先给出绿色建筑电气系统“调适”的相关概念,阐述其基本内涵;然后详细论述在项目的预设计、设计、施工、验收以及维护5个阶段中电气系统调适的策略,以及调适带来的收益;最后以中美清洁能源建筑节能项目二期示范项目“兴业新能源产业园”研发楼为实例,简单分析和验证调适策略的可行性。
