Abstract:This paper presents the basic requirements for selection of surge protection device (SPD)for the backup protection of low-voltage(LV)power distribution system and the functions of backup protection components;the characteristics of protective circuit breaker devices,such as fuse and circuit breaker,are discussed and the compatibility tests are conducted by classification for verification of SPD backup protection.

    摘 要:综述低压配电系统选用电涌保护器(SPD)的后备保护的基本要求、后备保护元件的作用;介绍保护断路装置熔断器和断路器的特性以及分类配合试验验证。
