消防设备供电可靠性探讨

Study on Reliability of Power Supply to Fire - proofing Equipment

    Abstract:It is stipulated in current Code for Fire Protection Design of Building(GB 50016 - 2014)that for buildings with electricity load of level I or level II for fire protection,the self-own power generation equipment that serves as an emergency power source shall be set to be automatically and mannually started and the equipment shall be able to supply electric power within 30s in automatic mode,which means that the fire control power supply is used in emergency. Given the inconsistency between such code and some other domestic standards and IEC standards,the author has studied and understood these standards and codes and proposed some suggestions on issues in relation to use of fire control power supply in emergency,so that related personnel may take for reference.

    摘 要:现行GB 50016 - 2014《建筑设计防火规范》中规定:消防用电按一、二级负荷供电的建筑,当采用自备发电设备作备用电源时,自备发电设备应设置自动和手动启动装置,且自动启动方式应能在30 s内供电,即将消防电源定位为备用电源。与国内的一些标准规范、IEC标准不一致,笔者通过对标准规范的学习理解,对消防电源定位为备用电源注意的问题提出一些建议,供业内人士参考。
