超高层项目高区变压器二次运输方式探讨

Discussion about the Secondary Transportation Mode of High -area Transformers for Super High -rise Projects

    Abstract:There are more and more projects where the high-area substations are set for super high-rise buildings,highlighting the problem of the secondary transportation of high-area transformers. Based on the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the six secondary transportation modes of high-area transformers,it is concluded that the transportation mode by elevators with a high load-carrying capacity or the composition of single-phase transformers into three-phase transformers is preferred in consideration of the convenience in the subsequent replacement of transformers,a short transportation period and the normal operation of offices or hotels. In case of restrictions on initial investment,the lift shaft hoisting with low costs or the hoisting along the external wall is recommended. In consideration of the restriction on elevator bidding or the impossibility to guarantee the overall performance of transformers after recombination,the transportation by dual-mode elevators or the elevators with a low load-carrying capacity after the transformers are dismantled is not recommended.

    摘 要:超高层建筑设置高区变电所的项目越来越多,如何二次运输高区变压器的问题凸显出来。通过比较6种高区变压器二次运输方式的优缺点,得出结论:考虑后期变压器更换方便,运输周期短,不影响办公或酒店的正常运营,优先采用大载重电梯运输或单相变压器合成三相变压器的方式;若项目对初投资有限制,可采用造价较低的电梯井道吊装运输或外立面吊装运输;考虑到电梯招标受限或重组后的变压器整体性能无法保障,尽量不要采用双模式电梯运输及变压器拆解后利用小载重电梯运输。
