    AbstractTaking the prefabricated concrete structure system as an examplethis paper integrates the design concepts of greenenergy saving, comforthealthsafety and intelligencepoints out some common problems in the design and construction of low-density fabricated houses by combining with the related advanced technologies such as the Internet of Thingsand sets forth how to correctly choose and apply the intelligent advanced technologydiscusses how to promote modular and standardized designand analyzes how to reasonably plan the layout and optimize network wiring.

  摘 要:以预制装配式混凝土结构体系为例,综合绿色、节能、舒适、健康、安全、智能化等设计理念,结合物联网等相关先进技术,指出在低密度装配式住宅设计施工中一些常见问题,阐述如何正确选择应用智能化先进技术,探讨如何推进模块化、标准化设计,分析如何合理规划布局,优化网络布线。
