Key Technologies for Driving Innovative Application of Intelligent Building*

Abstract:Through the analysis on the new generation of information technology such as Internet of Things,mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing and building information modeling(BIM),this paper discusses the intelligent building system based on related technologies,and uses these key technologies to drive the innovative application of physical systems of buildings and user,network and services systems,so as to make building an intelligent“life”with perception,interaction,self-adaptation, growth and decision-making,thereby providing users with intelligent and personalized services and promoting the coordination,sustainable and green development of people,building and environment.

摘 要:通过对物联网、移动互联网、大数据、云计算、BIM等新一代信息技术的分析,讨论基于相关技术的智慧建筑系统,利用这些关键技术驱动建筑物理系统与用户、网络、服务系统等的创新应用,使建筑成为具有感知、交互、自我适应、成长、决策的智慧“生命体”,从而为用户提供智慧化和个性化的服务,促进人、建筑与环境三者的协调、可持续、绿色发展。
