Discussion on Remote Smart Operation and Maintenance of Electromechanical Equipment

    Abstract：In view of the high cost and poor actual operation and maintenance results of the traditional mode of operation and maintenance of building electromechanical equipment，this paper makes full use of modern sensing technology，Internet technology，cloud computing and other information technologies，innovates the organization operation and maintenance management system，constructs a remote operation and maintenance management platform for electromechanical equipment，and realizes smart operation and maintenance of building electromechanical equipment，thereby reducing the operation and maintenance costs of the owners and extending the service life of the electromechanical equipment.

  摘 要：针对建筑机电设备运维的传统方式存在费用较高、实际运维效果较差等问题，充分利用现代传感技术、互联网技术及云计算等信息技术，创新组织运维管理体系，构建机电设备的远程运维管理平台，实现对建筑机电设备的智慧运维，从而降低业主的运维成本，延长机电设备的使用寿命。
