Smart Application in Urban Renewal

    Abstract：New information technology provides power for urban renewal and has produced a large number of smart applications. In this paper，new scenes of smart application are analyzed in combination with the upgrading and transformation of urban information infrastructure，and upgrading and transformation schemes for smart system are put forward， including the smart management of municipal infrastructure to create a smart management tunnel;construction theme of park city to realize a smart park model;improvement of smart building functions for individual buildings or building groups;building a comprehensive urban information management platform based on BIM + GIS.
