    Abstract： In this paper， the overall structure and design points of smart security system in super high‑rise buildings are systematically combed，and the key design elements of safety prevention system in super high‑rise buildings are mainly analyzed and summarized from the aspects of communication foundation design，anti‑terrorist and disaster prevention，smart fire control and property management to provide reference and help for the design of similar projects.

  摘　要：系统性梳理超高层建筑中智慧安防系统整体架构和设计要点，重点从通信基础设计、反恐防灾、智慧消防、物业管理等多角度对超高层的安全防范系统设计关注要素进行分析总结，为类似工程项目的设计提供参考和帮助。
