Discussion on Whether the Drainage Pump Is a Fire Fighting Load

    Abstract：In this paper，the author’s views on whether the drainage pump is a fire fighting load has long been a controversial issue in the industry are expounded. In addition，this issue is analyzed from such aspects as use function，standard provisions，and fire water consumption and following suggestions are put forward: whether the drainage pump is a fire fighting load should be determined by the water supply and drainage discipline;in the design stage，the final conclusion should be based on the requirements provided by the water supply and drainage discipline;in the drawing examination stage，the drawing examiners should judge whether the design is correct according to requirements provided by the water supply and drainage discipline.

  摘　要：针对“排水泵是否为消防负荷”这一业界长期存在争议的问题，阐述笔者的看法。从使用功能、规范条文、消防用水量等几个方面对该问题进行剖析，提出处理建议：排水泵是否为消防负荷应该由给排水专业确定；在设计阶段，最终结论以给排水专业提资明确； 在图审阶段，审图人员应根据给排水专业所提资料来判断设计是否正确。
