    Abstract：In this paper， the common network structure of 10 kV line is elaborated according to the characteristics of rural electricity.Three‑phase transformer and single‑phase transformer are compared in detail in terms of technical points，application scenario，advantages and disadvantages. The LV distribution grounding type，installation position and parameter setting of residual current protection devices are summarized in combination with the current specifications and standards on rural power technologies，form and distribution of different buildings，so as to ensure the rural electricity safety.

  摘　要：针对农村用电特点，阐述10 kV线路常用网络结构。在技术要点、应用场合及优缺点等方面详细比较三相变压器与单相变压器。结合现行农电技术规范标准，对不同建筑形式与分布，总结低压配电接地型式、剩余电流保护安装位置及参数设置，解决农村用电安全。
