    Abstract：Taking the passage gate design of the headquarters building of a design institute as an example,the demand analysis,staff authorization process design,visitor process design,implementation effect and problems,etc. are introduced;and from the perspective of user experience and managers,the application design ideas and implementation methods of passage gate management system in office building are put forward to make the intelligent building system embody the“people‑oriented”design principle.

  摘　要：以某设计院总部大楼通道闸设计为例，介绍需求分析、员工授权流程设计、访客流程设计、实施效果及问题等；从用户体验和管理者角度出发，提出办公建筑通道闸管理系统的应用设计思路及实现方法，让建筑智能化系统真正体现“以人为本”的设计原则。
