Investigation and Analysis on Load Density of Commercial Buildings

Abstract: The selection of load density of commercial buildings directly has a direct influence on the design selection of conductors and electric appliances. In view of the fact that the existing reference data of load density of commercial buildings cannot meet the requirements for design and energy saving,the investigated method and process for load density of commercial buildings are proposed,and dozens of commercial buildings in Hangzhou,Shanghai,Shenzhen,Chongqing,Xi’an,Changchun and other cities are investigated. Among them,16 typical commercial buildings are selected for data statistics and analysis. The investigation and analysis results show that the design load density of 90 VA / m2 can meet the use requirements for commercial buildings.

摘 要:商业建筑负荷密度的选择直接影响导体和电器的设计选择,针对现有商业建筑负荷密度参考数据无法满足设计和节能要求的情况,提出商业建筑负荷密度调研方法及流程,并对杭州、上海、深圳、重庆、西安和长春等数十座商业建筑进行调研,选取其中16座典型商业建筑进行数据统计和分析。调研与分析结果显示,商业建筑设计负荷密度为90 VA / m2 即可满足使用要求。
