    Abstract：The concept and necessity of integrated protection of machine room equipment are introduced from the situation of railway communication room equipment. The functional requirements and implementation scheme of integrated protection for railway communication room and equipment are introduced,and the significance of integrated protection for safe operation of railway communication room is explained.
