Key Points in Electrical Design of Super High‑rise Residence Buildings

Abstract:Combined with the 19th Asian Games Media Village project,the key points of super high‑rise residence buildings are analyzed:① selection requirements of flame‑retardant level of cables and cords of super high‑rise residence buildings;② distribution and control design scheme of underground parking CO monitoring system;③ setting principle of automatic fire alarm system loop and floor indicator in the super high‑rise residence project;④ model selection requirements of household fire detector inside the super high‑rise residences.

摘 要:结合第19届亚运会媒体村项目,分析若干超高层住宅建筑设计要点:① 超高层住宅建筑电线电缆阻燃级别选择要求;② 地下车库CO监测系统的配电及控制设计方案;③ 超高层住宅项目中火灾自动报警系统回路以及楼层显示器的设置原则;④ 超高层住宅户内设置的家用火灾探测器的选型要求。
