Design of Automatic Fire Alarm System for Civil Buildings under Multi‑property Management

Abstract： Through sample projects,the design principles and key points for the automatic fire alarm system for civil buildings under multi‑property management are analyzed,so that the design of the automatic fire alarm system is in line with the fire water system,smoke prevention and exhaust system and other relevant firefighting systems to ensure scientific and effective linkage between fire alarm and firefighting equipment and guarantee personal and property safety in the buildings to the greatest extent.

摘　要：通过示例项目，分析多物业管理民用建筑火灾自动报警系统设计原则和设计要点，使火灾自动报警系统的设计与消防水系统、防排烟系统以及其他关联的消防系统相协调，确保火灾报警与消防设备联动科学有效，最大限度保障建筑内人身安全和财产安全。
